a ritual a day, the guardian's way

ceremonial vessels, gentle rebellion. Honouring the Earth’s heartbeat with every sip.

Clay, the ancient way

Wild clay foraging, traditional woodkiln firing, and all-in-all a deep presence with the process. Nakoma is here to protect the Earth’s heartbeat. Each vessel transforms dirt into pieces holding the spirit of the land that holds us.

Then, there is fire

I scout for wild clay across the land that held me for 28 years. I dig it up, process it, and create. Then, there is fire. A traditional, wood fire kiln. Each clay-firing is a ceremony. Connection with all the elements is honoured. Nakoma vessels are for you, who know that relationship with the Earth is not to be forgotten.

With the feeling of warmth on my hands, the sun on my face and the smell of pine trees and tea. Breathing in the forest wisdom, this is how all Nakoma vessels begin: with scouting and digging the wild clay. Choose from soil-dark and texture-rich or light and sandy soul cups, to elegant ceremonial tea-ware, or hand-made Earth guardians, bringing steadiness in every heartbeat.
